Welcome to the IR section on the GESCO website!

Since its IPO in March 1998 GESCO AG has been dedicated to transparent and pro-active communications.  This includes International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), an extensive Annual Report which with information about subsidiaries, an Annual General Meeting conducted in a spirit of openness, regular reporting during the financial year, active press and media relations, attending capital market conferences for the financial community and private investors, appointments with analysts and institutional investors – and of course regular contact to private investors.  GESCO AG has been a member of the German investor relations association, Deutscher Investor Relations Verband (DIRK) since 2000.
