Locations of subsidiaries

GESCO AG maintains close relations to its subsidiaries. Companies are completely independent in running their business at an operational level and can draw on GESCO management services in coaching, consulting and controlling. Once a month a business adviser visits each company and a member of the GESCO Management Board pays a visit on a quarterly basis. In order to safeguard close cooperation at this level GESCO initially concentrated on companies in North-Rhine Westphalia and neighbouring regions. Today a second cluster has materialized in the Southern part of Germany.
