Annual General Meeting 2024
This year's Annual General Meeting of GESCO SE will take place on 29 May 2024 at 10:45 a.m. (CEST) in the SANAA building (at the World Heritage Site Zeche Zollverein), Gelsenkirchener Str. 209, 45309 Essen, Germany. Admission is at 9:00 am. The company presentations start at 9:45 am.
- The necessary access details will be sent to our shareholders by post with their personal invitation to the Annual General Meeting. Authorised representatives will receive their access details together with their access card
- Our shareholders and their authorised representatives may use the INVESTORPORTAL to
- register for the Annual General Meeting
- exercise their right to vote (postal vote)
- issue authorisations and instructions
