Release according to Article 26, Section 1 of the WpHG [the German
Securities Trading Act] with the objective of Europe-wide distribution

On December 29, 2014, Mr Norman Rentrop, Germany has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
Gesco AG, Wuppertal, Germany, have exceeded the 5 % threshold of the Voting
Rights on December 24, 2014 and on that day amounted to 5.36 % (this
corresponds to 178354 Voting Rights).

5.36 % of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 178354 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Rentrop in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting
Rights are held by the following companies under his control, whose share
of the Voting Rights in Gesco AG amounts to 5 percent or more:
Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV.

In addition, out of 5.36% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 178354
Voting Rights), 5.02 % of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 166814 Voting
Rights) are attributed to Mr Rentrop in accordance with Article 22, Section
1, Sentence 1, No. 2 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
Attributed Voting Rights are held by the following shareholders, whose
share of the Voting Rights in Gesco AG amounts to 5 percent or more:
Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV.
