Executive Board

Dr. Eric Bernhard (Chairman)

    Born 1972. Member of the Executive Board of GESCO AG since January 1st, 2016. Chairman of the Executive Board since July 1st, 2016.

    Dr. Eric Bernhard holds the Executive Board responsibility for the strategic and operational development of all the group’s industrial companies. Having served McKinsey & Company for many years, he subsequently took leadership roles in international executive and supervisory boards and as CEO in the metal and plastics processing industry. These included the establishment of stock-listed Interseroh SE‘s raw materials division as well as the integration of the industrial SULO group into the stock-listed Plastic Omnium corporation. He holds a PhD in economics preceded by international management studies at ESCP Europe in France, the UK, and Germany.

Robert Spartmann

    Born 1960. Has been a member of the Executive Board since 01.01.2001.

    Responsible for controlling and advising holdings, finance, accounting, HR and legal issues. Business studies degree, tax advisor and auditor. Many years of experience advising mid-sized companies/groups, MD of a mid-sized audit company. From 1995 to 2000 advised GESCO AG and its most important subsidiaries.

    Born 1947. Member of the supervisory board since 1989.

    Auditor and Tax Advisor. Mr. Möllerfriedrich is one of the founders of GESCO AG. Many years of experience as auditor, tax advisor and consultant.

Stefan HeimöllerDeputy Chairman

    Born in 1963. Member of the supervisory board of GESCO AG since 25 July 2013.

    Studied business administration in Mannheim and Cologne, Dipl.-Kfm. Managing Partner of Helios GmbH, Neuenrade, Germany since 1993 and Managing Partner of Platestahl Umformtechnik GmbH, Lüdenscheid, Germany since 1994. Mr. Heimöller provides many years of management experience in the industrial SME sector. He is not a member of any statutory supervisory boards or other similar supervisory bodies, in Germany or internationally.

Dr. Nanna Rapp

    Born in 1969. Member of the supervisory board of GESCO AG since 18 August 2015.

    Studied business management in Saarbrucken and London, 1998 awarded doctorat. Many years of business and leadership experience in consultancy firms and internationally operating companies. Since 2004 various functions within the E.ON Group, since 2014 Chief Executive Officer of E.ON Inhouse Consulting GmbH, Essen.

Jens Große-Allermann

    Born 1967. Elected member of the Supervisory Board by the AGM on 31 August 2017.

    Mr Große-Allermann started his career at Deutsche Bank AG, Cologne, Germany, in 1991. From 1995 to 2000, he worked as a freelance corporate consultant with a focus on real estate. From 1997 to early 2003, Mr Große-Allermann was the chief financial officer of Condomi AG, Cologne, Germany. Since 2003, he has been the executive officer of Fiducia Treuhand AG, Bonn, Germany. He has also served as the managing director of Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV, Bonn, Germany, since 2008.
